A.E. Fickert Dream, Design, Build uses a Design/Build system. We bring our experience and expertise together with architect, engineer, designer, estimator, and you, to create a project that meets your needs and fits your budget.
Our Design Agreement allows us to invest the time to work out all details for your project, and do the estimating work to arrive at an all- inclusive fixed price. We “build” your project on paper long before we pick up a hammer, minimizing the disruption and duration once we begin your remodel. |
