A.E. Fickert Dream, Design, Build uses a Design/Build system. We bring our experience and expertise together with architect, engineer, designer, estimator, and you, to create a project that meets your needs and fits your budget. This approach is a departure from the “get three bids” way of doing things, and offers many benefits, including:

• Clear specifications and efficient construction schedule

• Quick turn around between design / construction / completion

Our Design Agreement allows us to invest the time to work out all details for your project, and do the estimating work to arrive at an all- inclusive fixed price. We “build” your project on paper long before we pick up a hammer, minimizing the disruption and duration once we begin your remodel.
