Meet our design team
For a nominal design fee you will meet with an A.E. Fickert designer. Based on the initial consultation our designer will review with you our preliminary ideas and recommendations for your remodel project. Our design team takes everything into consideration, your needs, your taste, the building construction, budget, and even the style of your home. This is where we breathe life into your dream.

Our detailed estimating process
We have a very detailed estimating process, that covers the job from applying for permits, to the final cleaning of your project, so it is ready for your occupancy. We want to be thorough in our estimating so nothing is overlooked. That way you don’t encounter any surprises. With over 5 decades of experience and thousands of projects estimated and completed, our estimating process is based on expertise and knowledge.

Product selections
With the help of our design team, we make product selections fun. You can come to our selection center and begin choosing what you need from cabinetry to countertops, to lighting and flooring. Our design team is experienced, and trained to help select the right products, and answer any questions you may have.

From design to build
It’s time to meet your project coordinator and lead carpenter. The lead carpenter’s job is to inform you with every detail. He will provide you with a work schedule, and set up a communication packet on site. This packet is used as a communication tool to provide you with regular updates on your project. Before work begins you will know everything that is going to happen. You should not have to rearrange your life to remodel your home.

The work begins
This starts by providing you with a written schedule. What? That’s right written, this is so you know what to expect and when. You have access to our NARI certified lead carpenters throughout the entire project. Everyone on the job is professional and is mindful of your privacy, and your property. If there are any questions or concerns on your part, you’ll find that open and frequent communication handles it all. It’s our exceptional attention to detail that makes us stand out.

We’re not afraid
Just because your remodel project is complete doesn’t mean you won’t have any questions or needs after we are completed. A.E. Fickert Dream, Design, Build, has an exceptional 2 year warranty. If there are any problems in the first two years after your remodel, one of our lead carpenters will quickly remedy it. After your remodel has been completed for one year, your remodeling team will provide a true, quality control inspection just to make sure you are happy with your remodel results. We aren’t afraid to stand behind our work and to take good care of our clients.
