A successful project starts with a good and well planned design. Our design team will listen to your needs and wants, and then will help guide you through the entire process.
For a nominal design fee we will start to design your project. Based on the initial consultation our designer will review with you our preliminary ideas and recommendations for your remodel project. Our design team takes everything into consideration, your needs, your taste, the building construction, budget, and even the style of your home.
Design retainer fees are based upon the agreed budget for your project.
Designs for kitchens include 20/20 kitchen designs with 3D views, cabinet selections, countertop selections, and flooring selections. After these selections are made our Project Manger can start to finalize numbers for a formal proposal. Average design agreement for kitchens range $300.00-$500.00.
Complimentary designs for bathrooms include floor plan layouts. Products to be selected will have allowance numbers in the formal proposal. If you would like to have all products selected and all items specified in the formal proposal a design retainer fee will be charged. Average design retainer for the product selections range $200.00-$600.00.
Basement designs include floor plan layouts, 3D views, cabinet layouts, and construction documents to obtain building permits. Average design agreement for a basement range from $400.00-$800.00.
Room Addition designs include floor plan layouts, elevation views, cabinet layouts, 3D views interior and exterior, and construction documents to obtain building permits. Average design agreement for a room addition range from $750.00-$2,500.00.
All designs include site visit, field measurements, and site inspections for all trade contractors.
All fees are applied to the construction contract for the job. Fees are non-refundable if you choose not to have A.E. Fickert complete the construction of the project. |
